This 4-week online course is designed for mothers of children aged 0-2 years who want to make more space for their own needs in the selfless territory of motherhood.
Run by a perinatal educator, and fellow mother of little ones, this program will explore the identity changes that so often occur in motherhood, ways to identify and respect mum's own needs amongst the noise and improve mum's wellbeing.
What is included?
Pre-recorded content to review in your own time each week (short episodes that are feeding/nap/walk friendly!)
* Handy resources to make use of
* Weekly 'community call' in which all participants will be able to jump on Zoom and talk through content and connect over discussion points with the course host.
Motherhood is a selfless role and mums deserve space for themselves too. Let this course be the guide to giving yourself this well-earned time.

"I've been a perinatal psychologist for years but it wasn't until I became a mother myself that I started to deeply understand the incredible personal shift that comes with motherhood and I found myself wondering, why do I treat myself in a certain way as a mother? I questioned how I may have learned this from the way the world around me treats motherhood. Four years later, it has led me here. To creating this program. To continue exploring motherhood but in a community. Because we are not alone. We are united in motherhood."
