For the 0–2 season

Support that sees the mother, not just the baby.

The first two years with a baby can feel isolating, overwhelming, and endlessly demanding.

Nurturing Haven helps you make sense of the emotional rollercoaster, build gentle routines that work for you, and feel held by women who truly get it.

Emotional wellbeing

Understand postpartum mood changes, worry, and rage with compassionate, evidence‑based lessons and grounding practices you can actually fit into your day.

Identity & relationships

Navigate the shift from “me” to “mum”, set gentle boundaries, and have hard conversations with partners and family without losing yourself in the process.

Everyday practical support

From regulation strategies to returning to work, get checklists, scripts, and routines that make daily life with a baby or toddler feel lighter and more manageable.

Meet Jessica.

The Founder of Nurturing Haven

"I've been a perinatal psychologist for years but it wasn't until I became a mother myself that I started to deeply understand the incredible personal shift that comes with motherhood and I found myself wondering, why do I treat myself in a certain way as a mother? And how come I feel lonely despite never really being alone?

Four years later, after much exploration and late night thinking (plus another baby!) it has led me here. To creating Nurturing Haven. The accessible, supportive, wise space that I wish I had when I was first becoming a mum and going through incredible change.

All this alongside a warm and honest village of like-minded mothers. Because we are not alone. It was never meant to be that way."

What other mums are saying

You’re not the only one feeling this way.

“I was drowning in mum guilt and constant worry. The short lessons on intrusive thoughts and anxiety helped me name what was happening and gave me tools I could use in the middle of the night.”

— Sarah, first‑time mum to a 4‑month‑old

“Going from one baby to two rocked our marriage. The communication scripts and community threads around resentment and division of labour have honestly changed our home.”

— Jess, mum of a 2‑year‑old and 10‑month‑old

“I used to feel like everyone else was coping better than me. Hearing other mums share about rage, boredom and love all mixed together made me feel human again.”

— Lina, mum to an 18‑month‑old

Questions, answered

Because you already have a lot on your mind.

If you still have questions after reading this, you can always reach out and I'll respond with care, not pressure.

I’m already overwhelmed. Will this just be another thing on my to‑do list?

I built Nurturing Haven specifically for this season of motherhood.
Yes you are busy caring for your baby AND you are worth some of your own time.

You can access specific resources you can turn to when you most need them, and private podcast series with only short episodes that you can listen to while feeding or walking, and there is no such thing as falling behind. Think of these as a gentle companion in your pocket, not a course you have to “complete”.

The Haven also offers online courses that run for a specific timeframe. For these courses, the episodes included are brief enough that you can fit them into your week without falling behind. Then you can join the live calls each week ready to expand and learn more from the cohort of other mums.

Is this right for me if my baby is older than 2 years?

Our content is designed with the 0–2 years window in mind, but many mums of 3–4‑year‑olds find the emotional support and identity content helpful too. If your youngest is under 4 years and you resonate with how we talk about motherhood, you’re very welcome here.

What if I’m already seeing a therapist or psychologist?

Good on you. Nurturing Haven is not a replacement for therapy or medical care—it’s a supportive space for the everyday mother, not for those seeking individual support or treatment of mental health conditions like postnatal depression or anxiety. Members can use the resources and community of Nurturing Haven alongside their professional support to feel more held between appointments but this is not a crisis service and participants will need to be clinically stable to complete Nurturing Haven's online courses.

Can I cancel if it’s not the right fit?

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime with a couple of clicks. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period and you’re always welcome back if your circumstances change.
