What you’ll find inside

• Self-paced paths for anxiety, sleep, and identity shifts
• Quiet reflection prompts you can do from your phone
• A small, kind group of mums navigating the same season

“I log in during feeds and late nights. It’s my reminder that I’m still a person, not just a mum.”

— Emma, mum to a 9‑month‑old

For the 0–2 season

Support that sees the mother, not just the baby.

The first two years with a baby can feel isolating, overwhelming, and endlessly loud. Nurturing Haven helps you make sense of the emotional rollercoaster, build gentle routines that work for your family, and feel held by women who understand.

Emotional wellbeing

Understand postpartum mood changes, anxiety, and rage with compassionate, evidence‑informed lessons and grounding practices you can actually fit into your day.

Identity & relationships

Navigate the shift from “me” to “mum”, set gentle boundaries, and have hard conversations with partners and family without losing yourself in the process.

Everyday practical support

From nap transitions to returning to work, get checklists, scripts, and routines that make daily life with a baby or toddler feel lighter and more manageable.

Courses & resources

Nap-time sized learning for your real life.

Log in from your phone, watch a 7‑minute lesson while you feed, or listen to an audio while you walk the pram. Each path is broken into gentle steps so you never feel behind.

  • Foundations of postpartum mental health (0–6 months)
  • From baby to toddler: navigating frustration & big feelings
  • Coming back to work or study without burning out
  • Tools for intrusive thoughts, worry, and mum guilt

New modules are added monthly based on what our mums are asking for most.

Community & connection

You don’t have to hold it all alone.

Our private community is a calm corner of the internet—no doom‑scrolling, no judgment, just mums sharing honestly about what this season is really like.

  • Weekly live circles with a trained facilitator
  • Topic threads for sleep, feeding, relationships & more
  • Gentle accountability check‑ins to support your wellbeing
  • Replays available if you can’t make it live

You can join with your camera off, baby in arms, and dishes in the sink. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What other mums are saying

You’re not the only one feeling this way.

“I was drowning in mum guilt and constant worry. The short lessons on intrusive thoughts and anxiety helped me name what was happening and gave me tools I could use in the middle of the night.”

— Sarah, first‑time mum to a 4‑month‑old

“Going from one baby to two rocked our marriage. The communication scripts and community threads around resentment and division of labour have honestly changed our home.”

— Jess, mum of a 2‑year‑old and 10‑month‑old

“I used to feel like everyone else was coping better than me. Hearing other mums share about rage, boredom and love all mixed together made me feel human again.”

— Lina, mum to an 18‑month‑old

Over 80% of members say they feel less alone and more confident in their mothering after one month inside the hub.

Questions, answered

Because you already have a lot on your mind.

If you still have questions after reading this, you can always reach out and we’ll respond with care, not pressure.

I’m already overwhelmed. Will this just be another thing on my to‑do list?

We built Nurtured Mamas Hub specifically for low‑capacity seasons. Lessons are short (often 7–10 minutes), you can listen to audio‑only versions while feeding or walking, and there is no such thing as falling behind. Think of it as a gentle companion in your pocket, not a course you have to “complete”.

Is this right for me if my baby is older than 2?

Our content is designed with the 0–2 window in mind, but many mums of 3–4‑year‑olds find the emotional support and identity content helpful too. If your youngest is under 4 and you resonate with how we talk about motherhood, you’re very welcome here.

What if I’m already seeing a therapist or psychologist?

Beautiful. Nurtured Mamas Hub is not a replacement for therapy or medical care—it’s a supportive layer around it. Many members use the resources and community alongside their professional support to feel more held between appointments.

Can I cancel if it’s not the right fit?

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime with a couple of clicks. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period and you’re always welcome back if your circumstances change.
